all u really need is some good materials, lighting, ray tracing, a little ambient occlusion & some slight compositing to make the final render less sharp
I like: Add Noise (color noise, a little) → Gaussian Blur (very small, ~1px) → Sharpen → Reduce Noise I find this replicates the look of a real camera capture pretty well
