Sigmonkey vs Sigmopio Source: Donkey vs Kinopio Kart Fighter (FC Bootleg) by Hummer Team

Donkey's stage from Kart Fighter with Sigma's MMX6 head edited over Donkey and an edit of Sowilo from Mega Man Xtreme 2 over Kinopio. Donkey also has the greek Sigma symbol drawn over where the J normally is. The Thwomps in the background have a redrawn edit of Sigma's face over them, and the lion crests on the wall have Sigma's face from his final form of Mega Man Xtreme 1. I think that a ROM of Kart Fighter was my earliest introduction to the concept of bootleg games. Back when I was a kid I pictured a game like this as a crossover fighting game between Mario and Kirby characters, but with everyone dressing as Street Fighter characters.
