SH1 - Following the destruction of Dahlia's old altar in the Gillespie House fire, she built the shrine seen hidden in the antique shop. A manifestation of the old altar from her house is later found in Nowhere.

SH1 - The first print of the game was coated in a silver finish, also commonly known as the foil variant. The second print is not, which can be seen by its more intense colors.
SH1 - Cafe 5-to-2 contains different notable pictures. There's a picture of an eyeless woman crying blood above the door to the kitchen, posters of the band Portishead, and a poster of Stephen King holding a shotgun with the caption "Study, dammit!" which he made in college.
