Step 1 of migrating away from the other site done: looking through my follows, figuring out who I still want to follow, and finding them here. (Need to do that on Cohost too.) Can't fully leave the ex-bird site for a while because all the sports news is still there, but it's a work in progress.
If you block someone on here it should also automatically mute any mention of them
i forgot youtube even had a username system. commented on one of my friend videos. had a random numbers and letters username. rarely comment there.
