Hmmmmmmm I think like….red. Inside too. Like maybe red is a good protection color for sun. Not too dark cuz they’d bake, but not too light cuz then they’d idk burn or some shit.

That’s a good point I was thinking about how with russet potatoes when you wash them most of the brown comes off. I feel like it would be yellow like the inside, would be cool to see
