So because of Ruleset H for Pokemon gen 9 Only 2 of my teams are legal now (I need to change leftovers on gastrodon) So I wanna ask y'all #Pokemon comp players, what teams/pokemon builds y'all recommend using?

I've been using it since 2017,just not super social

Twitch only top 1% ends up working the rest you need luck For example I've been on twitch for 6 years, no real meaningful progress
