I could really use some help since I don't start work until November 4th and have some medical bills nearing the due date. Any shares and contributions largely appreciated. (alt text provided)

Since August 20th I have been sick and struggling to recover from a respiratory infection along with debilitating anxiety. While I have now found potential work beginning November 4th, I still struggle with any exercise and am moving at the end of November to the other end of the country. I am getting divorced and moving in with a partner and friends. There is virtually no way I will make enough money to cover the entirety of my medical bills (even if I end up being physically capable to work by then) and could greatly use some help.
