"Giz a job ya woke hippie activists" I just can't understand why that isn't attracting a flood of job offers. Surely, he'd be in breach of statutory rules on political neutrality if he ever did get a job in teaching again. No school would touch that risk with a barge pole.
National pressure has to start from within classrooms. In a world of high stakes accountability, nobody wants to risk admitting there's a problem as the negative reflection on employers can be career suicide. It breeds toxic positivity and a spiralling problem nobody wants to acknowledge.
