I think most people on the continent genuinely do not understand that youth mobility can be seen as something bad that is a concession, still less something artificially considered bad by people who don’t actually have anything against it.
You could just as well exclude anyone who doesn’t grow as much food as they eat.

I suppose free tickets to football games is OK. People want to see politicians in the VIP box. Are they really interested in football? They used to have to be seen going to church, which is at least free.
