Lots of people arguing for higher US tariffs these days, and I'm curious what they think of foreign tariffs imposed on US exports. For example, tariffs on digital services have been under discussion and could become a reality, with many US companies hurt. What do the tariff supporters think of this?

Electoral College defenders are funny because at least the Senate actually really benefits small states, the EC only marginally helps small states while dramatically benefitting close states and introducing a bunch of randomness depending on the luck of close state-level results
