As for which kid from 1990 makes it, Bowen Yang, Bo Burnham and Patti Harrison were all born that year...

This made me curious so I looked it up, and if we date the target of the swinging spy to, like, Our Man Flint (1966), a modern day Austin Powers would be set in 1993 and be written by someone born in 1990. Not sure what the subject matter would be, but that's kind of the heyday of John Grisham.
