@singhamarbeerg.bsky.social led a session on effective learning strategies with heads of year and the AHT in charge of home study. This is to support our independent study curriculum.

I agree 💯 - in which case do we need benchmarks?

My current thinking is around that question - given the time/money involved in tasks around data is it the *best* possible use of colleagues' time? If the answer is yes, I think there has to be an onus to demonstrate where that answer has come from and why it's true.
