Part of me thinks the autumn statement is a booby trap set to explode round about sumer next year so I think we will have to wait until after the spring statement when they will connect the detonator. That reasoning says May. If they delay further, it will blow up in their own face.

Oh, they still have government funding to come, to help them get another job. Not a mandatory 5 week wait for 1st payment of benefits and the threat of sanctions. They could just start applying for jobs now...
