I used to watch the TV show "Cops" and saw over the years the increased use of force and violence by the police for most encounters with civilians. All across the country. The series is a good lesson in increased violence used by police.
Whenever I see "less lethal," I think of Victoria Snelgrove, shot in the face by a Boston cop who was aiming at somebody else. The projectile hit her in the eye and damaged her brain.
