What happens when you call? Like do you simply leave a message, or are you connected to a staffer? I'm generally too cynical and anxious to bother calling to try and affect change in conservative offices but if I know what to prepare for, I can give a try (Don't need the script, though).
I’ve never managed to get through and leave a message but I’ve written the governor through their site… hate that there isn’t much more that we can do besides that and making more people aware :-/
I just sent Missouri Gov. Parson a fax asking him to stop the execution of Marcellus Williams tonight! As others found, the phone line is busy and mailbox is full. I used faxzero and sent to 573-751-1495.
