Honestly you coukd just run that headline anywhere, it's pretty accurate. "The only recognition we care about is land rights and treaty rights."
It's not their land. Indians did not magically appear in America. Indians colonized America 15,000 years ago from Asia, which means they are not "native". And the USA won the land in war. To the victor goes the spoils.
