* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Juana Diaz, Ponce and Villalba. * WHEN...Until 600 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 258 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ponce, Juana Diaz, Villalba, Luis Llorens Torres, Coto Laurel, Guayabal, Rio Canas Abajo and Marueno.
