A therapist once set me the task of what I would do if I won the lottery. I came back to the next session with a detailed plan of how I'd pay my friends and families bills for life and set up a charitable fund to cover costs for folk in my country. She said - "Yes, but what would you do for YOU".

Honestly, the only way you can buy happiness with money is to buy it for other people.

Taking care of my loved ones IS for me, though. Purely selfish. It's so I can stop having panic attacks people I love will be homeless and hungry.

I like the way to think, I need to up my game.

I would try to buy houses in my neighborhood and sell/give them to friends so I would be surrounded by my loved ones. And the house next door is where I'd keep my stash.
