Would tarts be an option instead of big pies?

I have a bunch of 5" pie pans as well, but that would either mean making a ton of little pies or going to the bother of reducing the recipes, which seems like more effort than it's worth. And irritatingly I just discovered I only have 2 9" pans, not 3 like I thought. The 3rd is 9.5", which is huge!
