When I was on Medicaid, I didn’t have to pay for the ambulance ride I needed. But when I had marketplace ins, I got severely bit by a dog. The ambulance was $3k. It went to my $10k deductible. That was two years ago. I had to make a payment plan with the city & it’ll be years b4 it’s paid off.
