I don't categorize it as negative, just at odds with my experience of reality like "queer people" as a body exists in a largely collective fictional space, and no individual I know is in any way reflective of that whole individually taken at face value

and the definition of queer is largely determined by what it is not, that being present cishet norms when you erase the cishet norms, you erase the separation, and the idea of queer as a separateness vanishes, if that tracks so why push myself to feel as though I belong
