I would argue that Zeta is less common than the other two bits! And here in Ireland, as in Wales, and undoubtedly elsewhere in the world, we only got to be part of that 'English speaking world' at the point of a gun. Also aware of that SAG/Actors' Equity thing. And a standout name is no bad thing.
Jones is a very common surname in Wales, and Catherine is a common enough first name, so sticking something unusual* in the middle helps make her stand out. (*For assorted values of 'unusual')
