My bet is on 2 because Elon loves blatantly lying to the public and especially investors. See: The cybertruck "beating a Porsche in a quarter mile" that wasn't a quarter mile. Or the numerous times he's lied to pump Tesla stock before a sell that got him in trouble with the SEC.
