In an Intro to Soc textbook, would you rather see scholars cited with their first and last name or last name only? Some like both bc then students can see that women do research, too. Others find it too clunky. Either way, I need to pick one style or the other.

Why did Canvas make its system slower and more clickier to use? Were people saying, "Yes, I'd like additional clicks to make something work, and while you're at it, make discussions load more slowly?" Meanwhile, I still can't duplicate quizzes.
