*Investigations into spine and nerves have shown that I'm pretty fucked up, but doesn't preclude me trying to do therapeutic weight training, advised by my (sports) physio. Allowing me to start to figure between deconditioned (6 years) and actually fucked up.
I'm pleased to advise that, despite immediate pain, and a horrible noise, it eased, and I have now put my legs under considerable stress*, and they're fine. At least, "normal."
It's a shame that in London 2012, all England's colonised nations didn't go to the British Museum en masse and just take their nation's treasures back. The sheer number of fit/strong athletes and their contingent would have been impossible to argue with.
I guess I'm not SURPRISED, it sort of goes being with you. I just didn't KNOW.
Same. That's ART. And making me squirm a bit, because I've been holding off starting to learn Korean, so trying to make this "filing for future reference." Tell you the story about starting Japanese later...
And I thought that ghastly noise was my hip, too.
Yeah, right, so the reason I nearly ended up flat in the entrance to a filling station earlier, good to get run over, was "mind"?
Y'know what? I never knew you danced!
