right to due process and right to accelerated due process are entirely different things

Cops still took the cars *before* any meaningful due process and deprived them of their property for over a year. SCOTUS saying the government could take its sweet time before ending that deprivation of property vs letting fraudsters wearing suits maintain their property rights is two-tiered.
