I attended the Biobank summit in Dec '23, and asked this. Surely it's more urgent than ever to address the infrastructure + patient promise and experience updates needed to recover from this (even if Biobank's leadership try to claim, again, that it's not a breach).

The suggestion of TBI/E is to abolish most of the institutions. Getting rid of 7800 GP practices and running the data platform for the 250k patient lists of those that remain will make it a *lot* easier to replace your GP with an AI chatbot controlled by Ministers.
