Look up ‘no knead bread’, I can send you a recipe, you mix ingredients & leave for 4-8 hours to rise (short in summer longer in winter), pop in a casserole / le crueset with a lid in your hot oven & 38 minutes later have great bread. I’ve made bread like this every other day for years.
