With absolutely no disrespect to Ireland, Spain and Sri Lanka, these armies have less ability to operate in a robust manner than would a force from the United States. But of course the US would not want to risk its forces having to face down Israel's. Again, not a UN choice, but a national one. 8/

Similarly with UNRWA, which is responsible for Palestinian refugees. Some of UNRWA's staff were extremists. It's a huge, sprawling org that runs schools, healthcare etc for nearly 6m refugees, 30k+ staff in 5 countries. There are probably extremists in the NHS, but the NHS isn't extremist. 9/
