Really great point from a prosecutor friend: Eric Adams hasn't been on the beat since the cops used beepers, payphones, etc. It's very possible he has little/no idea of the capabilities of the modern law (cellebrite, greykey, etc).
Have you seen this? Legit hilarious, could’ve easily been a Tim & Eric bit. Mentioning it here as only the (relatively) better video quality would distinguish this from an ‘80s DARE PSA youtu.be/sk2Wc4Y5CxE?...
