Would Palworld be of interest? You get to capture funny animal creatures and put them to work in your base. If you have a way to Remote Play local co-op games (like Parsec or Steam Remote Play), I'd also recommend Cult of the Lamb or Cat Quest 2 as pretty chill co-op games.
