what did u use to make the glitch thing i fw ir heavy

i take a photo and add way too many effects in an app called Vaporgram (any app with glitch effects will do) until it is horrifically mangled beyond comprehension. open drawing software of choice, draw the desired shape, select it, paste the edited photo, invert selection, erase all excess glitch.
