04.08.2024 | Maurits Jacobs participated in the 1928 Olympics with the men's gymnastics team. He married Sara Sluijs and was a physical education teacher. They had 3 daughters: Carla (1929), Enny (1931) & Jettie (1942). Murdered in Sobibor on July 9, 1943. His wife and children survived in hiding.
