I’m so sorry to hear that.😢 I just bought a rechargeable neck fan that looks like earphones from Canadian Tire here in Canada. (I hear Amazon supplies them cheaper but…) My menopausal banker-lady suggested it but I think they’d help anyone. My sympathies to your husband.
