Didn’t sleep better last night (my sleep anxiety was bad) and now I feel like a sick sloth….moving super slow, no energy, eyes tired, sinus congestion😞 I only have 2 more days of work this week so trying to stick it out for the next 2 days! #sleepdeprived#sleepanxiety#worklife#notamorningperson
I also feel like a sloth!! I'm moving so slow and my eyes burn. had nightmares all night long.
