Good morning Soluna 😊 I used to be pure caffeine to get me through the day but I gave up caffeine completely about a year ago one of the best decisions I ever made. Now I'm purely on normal cereal / toast for breakfast :)

When h do have "breakfast" it's normally a redbull. I don't really need caffeine or food first thing in the morning.
