AI could help with people who can’t speak and such. I‘ve seen some cool innovations into that direction but art wise it’s just ridiculous. Art is such a different and personal thing…it not just IS. It’s a tool to express YOURSELF and it’s important and special because of that.

Yeah I'm specifically talking about genAI here. AI programming has been helpful in a lot of our tech past and present, genAI is an environment-and-industry killer.

The term „AI Art“ is just…wrong imo. What those generative tools create is content, products…but not art. No art without heart i’d say 🩷
