5th grade. Two things that stuck in my mind from that day were the teachers scrambling to shut off the TV after the shuttle exploded, and seeing a recording of myself waiting for the launch. It was a live newscast, so my mom had recorded it at home.

On Jan 28, 1986, my school watched Christa McAuliffe's historic launch as the 1st teacher in space and was to watch her first lesson. Local news was at our school to cover the event and broadcast video footage of me waiting for the launch. Unfortunately, she never made it.

I used G'MIC's 'Illustration Look' filter in GIMP to create the smooth, highlighted look for his face. I like the way it makes an image pop.

They are photoshopped and then I use AI to enhance some parts of the image. With the Bannon image, I used AI to fix his hair and enhance the suits. Here's what his hair and outer jumpsuit looked like before AI.

It wouldn't matter because the sheer physical volume of the bills would take up all available space in the universe. Humans would cease to exist.
