I felt like an afternoon snack but there are precious few snack food items in the kitchen so I poached a couple of eggs and whipped up a hollandaise. #TinyJoys

And because hollandaise is lovely I made some more for my dinner - baked trout with roasted fennel. Simple, but so good... #TinyJoys
