Don't forget to touch grass, exercise, read actual books (e-books count), improve your craft (like doing exercise sketches), and talking to your RL friends (especially if you have a GC). Just something I had to learn the hard way growing up.
We spend so much time online, but please everyone remember to unplug and explore your world and treat your body with the same kindness you'd wish people would give you!

It's really hard to get yourself to do productive things or even anything when we grow up with phones embedded in our hands. Even starting to watch a TV show is hard.
I don't exercise as much as I should, but the rest I have no trouble doing. Sad that so many people my age barely talk to their IRL friends
