seriously Reno, if you can't find it anywhere, I can send my copy of the DVD. I understand there are problems with US DVDs not working in other regions of the world b/c of different formats-or something like that. but I sit on this DVD without watching it again. I saw him in person many times.
also: the thing about Garrison: it was the one accusation I never entirely believed. 99% of the time, I utterly believe the charges. often too uncritically-since it was the kind of thing I myself also experienced years ago. but I never really believed the stuff about Garrison & still don't. FWTW.
