The claims that giving customary rights to certain groups does not affect access to those spaces for the public is sadly not what happens in real life. The public get scared off/harassed from those areas
1. Bullshit, CMT only stops resource consents and hardly any hapu have judgements so what are you basing that on? 2. Do ya think that Māori might have reasons for asking racist dickheads not to stomp all over their burial grounds and kaimoana?
