You can always add more layers to warm up. Once you get down to skin there's nothing left to make you cooler.

Yep, heat is easier to generate. Most houses *do* have heat but they don't necessarily have A/C. Plus me and my youngest son get heat migraines -- that never happens with cold temps for me. And I grew up in sub-zero temps in MN!
