I think you are right I do run for fun but can get into the trap of beating my usual time or trying to knock of a distance non stop. Can't fault you for the cake stop not sure I could eat mid run even on a half!

#runningpunks is it just me? Why do I feel guilty when I stop on a 10k run to take a photo or have a breather? Yet on a 20k walk stop on cafe or pub for an hour and feel no such guilt whatsoever?
