I'm sad she didn't get the true experience. It's frustrating to watch her stumble through the whole thing. She clearly knew something was wrong from the beginning, and didn't seek help. I can't imagine just throwing that money out the window by not asking for help.

We had to get help at the desk at one point. Mildly inconvenient, but better than wasting our time and money on the whole experience.
