A "manual" sounds like a fun idea! I could totally see supps being used, especially if heat & rut hormones are different. Like maybe it's easier to use heat stims to bitch but rut supps also work, it just takes more time. Use the supps & feed your alpha foods that encourage heats or something.

Mmmmm, so non-a/b/o human men need progesterone. So birth control like pills for women will not work. Low progesterone and high estrogen however has side effects that could contribute to bitching. Oof this is such a morally grey area but noncon bitching is already there sooooo ;3c
