Wouldn't be a problem if new houses were built with solar already installed, and solar panels can still be used on suboptimal grazing land.

And even if it's optimal grazing land, if the panels are mounted high enough, there's enough sun for both the grass land *and* the solar cells, *and* the animals can walk by underneath without drama.
