At what point does this not matter? You're building anyway and eventually that'll come to fruition, and in the mean time the floor tanking just washes out the traders, while lowering the barrier of entry for true believers and better community members.

I’d argue it always matters, every community has weaker hands and it’s the team’s duty to strengthen those and improve conviction. I wish people could all fully understand the vision but people all have their own beliefs, thoughts, and truth.
