Had a meeting where 50 comments from 110 employees surveyed participants said they didn't want RTO. Job satisfaction numbers plummeted. "RTO aside we need to look into why the graph has dipped" Bwhahahahah!

At least the picture on the right is of cubicles which gave some visual privacy: removed by the horrid "open office plans" like 15 years ago. Now with forced return to the office, they demand people rotate (reserve for the day) desks & you rub elbows with your coworkers trying to type. Dehumanizing!

I actually like going into a real office from time to time because it helps me personally stay focused and be less distracted. I hope they don't actually disappear altogether. No one should be _required_ to go back though, that's just stupid.
