My favourite whiskey of the evening was the second one from Connacht, a distillery exclusive. A lot of Christmas spices. Some said it tastes like German Christmas.

Christmas spices sounds very good. I hope they release something similar for the normal market soon. I liked their own releases okay but I wasn't too impressed. What do you think about the Silkies? I'm not into peat but these ones I like. And I can't wait for the first own release of Boann.
